After years of working in the restaurant industry and traveling the world to explore different culinary traditions, Sijo Sivan Palikad knew it was time to turn that lifelong dream into reality. In 2024, he opened the door of Mix Menu Adda, with a simple yet ambitious goal: to create a space where people could gather and enjoy the warmth of homemade meals, crafted with the freshest ingredients and the utmost care. Starting small has its challenges, but our mission is clear: to serve delicious, hygienic food that brings people together.
